Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure the clothing is in its original condition with all tags attached, then securely place it in the original shipping mailer or a suitable alternative.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
